Vanguard: Create Your Plan/Roth
This workshop is intended for team members who want to learn more about the Roth feature in their FedEx Retirement Savings Plan (RSP). Learn who should (and who should not) consider making Roth 401(k) contributions, the basics of Roth 401(k) contributions and distributions, the benefits of tax diversification, and how Roth 401(k) contributions will impact your take-home pay vs. pre-tax contributions. This course will also cover the fundamentals and key considerations of the FedEx 401(k) Roth feature.
