REO Education and Webinar FAQs
Click here to see a current list of retirement education courses available on the FedEx Retirement Hub. Select “Register” next to the class you are most interested in. For live online courses, you will be redirected to Zoom to complete registration. For on-site classes, be sure you check the offering is available at your desired location. For all selections, make sure the course offered is applicable to your current operating company. If you experience technical issues with the website, we recommend accessing the site using the Google Chrome browser as opposed to Internet Explorer. Online registration is required for all retirement education courses. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with meeting participation details.
Yes, you can access Retirement Education & Outreach online course offerings from anywhere with any device with internet access. Be sure you have a confirmation email with the pertinent meeting connection details included.
Retirement Education & Outreach strives to offer live online courses at varying times and days. If you don’t see a course offering to suit your needs, please email the team at retirementeducation@fedex.com as we are always reviewing our schedule.
For online courses, registered participants will receive an email confirmation directly via Zoom. If you don’t believe you received an email confirmation with meeting details, we recommend you search “Zoom” in your email’s inbox. If you still have not found these communications, please email retirementeducation@fedex.com.
Retirement Education & Outreach (REO) offers a variety of courses to assist team members in every stage of retirement planning. To view and register for current on-site and online course offerings, click here. The courses are offered to FedEx team members at no cost.
