If you have worked for multiple FedEx operating companies, years spent working for another operating company count towards your consecutive years of permanent continuous service, as long as there is no break in service, you meet eligibility at the time of retirement, and you retire from an opco that offers this benefit.
*For eligible employees hired before January 1, 2018. This information does not apply to pilots.

*If you are a newly eligible retiree, you must elect retiree medical, dental, and vision coverage within 31 days of your retirement date. If you do not elect coverage by this deadline, you will not be able to elect coverage at a later date.
