MANAGE YOUR 401(k) OR RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN (RSP) BENEFITS A 401(k) plan (a defined contribution plan) provides you with an individual account where you contribute a portion of your eligible earnings. FedEx provides the 401(k) plan or Retirement Savings Plan, depending on your operating company, and matches a portion of your pre-tax contributions and, if eligible, catch-up contributions. Log in to Vanguard with your plan number to manage your 401(k) or Retirement Savings Plan benefit. You can find your plan number in the Your Retirement Benefits book for your operating company.

Manage your
pension benefits
A pension plan (a defined benefit pension plan) provides you with a specified retirement benefit based on a specific formula or formulas. FedEx funds the pension plan for eligible employees and you assume none of the risk of investment decisions. FedEx manages the pension plan for you at no cost. Participants who are vested in their pension plan benefits are eligible to receive payments at retirement or termination of employment.
